"Out of Bobby"
Bobby is eating a McSpicy Double while watching a show about explosions. We see him tearing several packets of chili and slurping
Milo. We are then taken inside his head, where we see people in an computer lab-like setting. The Big Boss is walking past a row of workers, each controlling a specific body part. Haniel is moving joysticks to move the hands,
while Johnny is punching in numbers to move the jaw up and down to chew the food. Ernest is keeping an eye on a weather-chart like graphic, making sure the levels are stable. He is shocked by the Boss reprimanding him, and
makes Bobby let loose a fart.
After the meal, Bobby starts to feel funny and heads for the bathroom. The rest of the workers decide to go on a break since they
don't need to do much work while Bobby is on the toilet. Ernest asks if one of them could help him get some coffee, but they shut the door before he finishes speaking. Ernest works for a few hours, clicking and typing
furiously to operate the anus properly so as not to over strain it. He calls the other workers back once he's done before falling asleep at his desk. He is awakened by the rest who come in, laughing after having a good
time outside. They berate Ernest for sleeping on the job, guide Bobby back to bed, and all head out.
The next day, the boss comes down and gathers the workers around to congratulate those who made yesterday possible. Ernest was waiting for his turn to be thanked, but it never came. Nina, for walking Bobby to
the bathroom, Haniel, washing up after Bobby, and Irene, who let him see his way to and from the bathroom. The boss treats the ones he thanked to lunch and they all head out, Ernest still stunned that no one acknowledged
his efforts. Irene asks if everyone is there and someone replies that nobody is in the office. They don't notice that Ernest was left behind, sulking.
Ernest, highly peeved, walks towards his desk and takes out a pink form and begins writing. The header "resignation form" appears at the top. He packs up his belongings
in a box and heads out, smiling as he leaves. Nobody notices that he left. Meanwhile, Bobby eats a lot of constipating food while playing games. Ernest is at home, bored, trying to figure out what to do with his new found
freedom. This scene would play out as a montage.
Ernest calls up the office to ask Collin, in charge of the large intestine, how he the office is doing since he left. Collin instead says that he’ll be late with the paperwork for today’s bowel movement, so Ernest would have to work overtime again. Ernest then informed him that he has already submitted his resignation. Suddenly, the chin boss barges in, angered that an employee is missing. Collin hangs up and Ernest is dismayed when his colleagues don’t even realize that he’s gone. He heads out of his house.
As the boss is scolding everyone, the whole room starts shaking. The hands, feet and stomach are out of control. Bobby is on the toilet but nothing is coming
out. The boss fiddles around with Ernest's computer and an error sound plays. We see Bobby's face in pain, and see a graphic on the computer displaying a graphic that shows that Bobby is now bleeding. The boss asks
somebody to find Ernest, and Irene is on it. She comes across his location through his twitter account.
They head to the bladder, which is visually a sunset at the beach, where a very detached Ernest is there, drawing circles in the sand. The boss tries to threaten him to come back, but is cut off by Irene, who
tells him to look around. The bladder was much more flooded than it used to be. Ernest argues that no one cares that he’s gone, but Irene chimes in that the whole body would fall apart if it weren't for him, and
that everyone needs him. He looks up and asks them if it’s true. They sarcastically reply "yes!" and "you're the best!" He realizes what he has done by quitting and agrees to come back to work.
They cheer him on as they run back to his desk.
He arrives at the office, and we see him punching in numbers while we cut to Bobby on the toilet. Tense faces all
around as the loading bar progresses. Ernest dramatically presses a button and Overture 1812 plays as Bobby finally releases his dump. Everybody celebrates; workers are high-fiving, hugging and popping champagne. The boss
thanks Ernest for his hard work. Ernest then asks for a raise, but the boss responds by shouting “NO!”, effectively killing the mood.
